Our customer is a french industrial group with a turnover of 400 M Euros and employs 4000 people in 3 business areas :
Electronic subcontracting, City and Telemanagement Builder.
One of these divisions, 41 million Euros, 170 employees and 3 subsidiaries has been designing and marketing remote management products dedicated to the Water Business.
Present on the italian market via a distribution agreement with a company in Milan , there are more than 20 years in presence of our customer with the various players in the water sector( water operators, installers and integrators).
To sustain and continue its growth in a buoyant market, we are looking for an Italian subsidiary director in Genova to manage a professional team and brought the brand to the players in this dynamic sector

MISSION
The objectives of the position are :
- to direct the subsidiary in responsability towards the administrator and to animate the teams for the development of the sales on the whole italian territory to the DG ( in France)
- Pilot the Profit & L oss
- Propose strategic directions for the development of the subsidiary on the growing water market and manage by public companies of
Ciclo Indrico Integrato.
- Structure and organize the subsidiary to achieve the objectives defined by mutual agreement withe the DG.
- Represent the subsidiary by being the spokesperson of our customer on the Italian market with the division and the group in France.

PROFIL SOUHAITÉ
Based in Genova(Italy), the General Manager must ensure adequate availability for international trips (France and Italy)
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic manager, with experience in the Water business and a proven track record in business management , sales and as a P&L Manager.
Customer and results orientation, communication skills, strong leadership and self-motivation complete his/her personal profile.
Italian with a fluent knowledge of the English is mandatory.
